  2. Cancellation after 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking after the initial 24-hour period following the booking and payment confirmation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
  • Cancellation between 24 hours and 7 days before the scheduled departure date: 20% percentage of the total booking amount
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled departure date: 50% percentage of the total booking amount
  1. No-Show: If you fail to show up for your tour without prior notice, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within seven days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  3. Changes and Modifications: If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or modifying the itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional fees may apply.
